The LAARMANN Ultra Centrifugal Mill LM-UCM100 is a process and laboratory machine, which is designed for grinding of soft, medium hard and brittle materials of any material. The machine accept up to 12mm feed size with an end fineness of 40 μm. The LM-UCM100 Machine can accommodate 1 rotor of choice and one ring sieve of choice. The standard frame of delivery inlcudes the Sample collecting pan and the security cabinet and the infeed hopper form stainless steel. The security cabinet is made from steel. If the 2 handles are opened the grinding process will stop immediately.

Ring sieves are available as following:
0,08mm / 0,120 / 0,250 / 0,500 / 0,750mm / 1,00 mm / 1,50 mm / 2,00 mm / 3,00 mm / 4,00 mm / 5,00 mm / 6,00 mm

Ring sieves:

• Made from stainless steel
• 0,08 mm up to 2,00 mm with trapezoidal perforation
• 3,00 up to 6,00 mm with round holes

The machine is supplied as standard complete with:

• One Collecting Pan stainless steel
• Infeed funnel stainless steel
• stop/start / reset function
• Speed setting

When the sample enters the grinding chamber the shearing action between a rotor and a fixed grinding bar grinds the sample which, once smaller than the test sieves aperture size, falls trough into the collector bucket.
