LMDA-200 De-agglomerator

LAARMANN moving forward in 2025

We're approaching a new year and we are happy to share some exiting news regarding our future plans and developments for 2025

A new machine: The LMDA-200 De-agglomerator
LAARMANN presents an exciting new product which is designed for screening bulk materials in the geological research, mining and the recycling industry. The LMDA-200 is a great solution for example for soil being efficiently brushed and separated. Agglomarates frequently occur after drying processes. Breaking of lumps is recommended whenever bagged product or hygroscopic materials are being processed. With the LMDA-200 the lumps are broken gently without any loss of product.

LMDA-200 De-agglomerator operation principle

The product enters the screening chamber where it is gently swirled through the screen fabric by the brush. The fines drop to the bottom part being sieved while coarse particles such as contamination and agglomerates are carried on and discharged. The first machines have been successfully operating at our customers in Europe and ready to be ordered in the upcoming year.
