Sampling installation with vezin sampler and buckets
LAARMANN has engineered and build this sampling installation that combines a vezin sampler with a bucket sample divider that automaticly collects the sample for the vezin sampler the material enter into the vezin sampler from the roof
This installation with a Vezin sampler and bucket collection system is designed to deliver accurate and representative sampling of bulk materials in industrial environments. The system enables continuous sampling from a controlled or free-falling material stream, ensuring reliable data for quality control, process optimisation, and laboratory analysis.
How the installation works
Material is fed into the system through a controlled flow, typically via a chute or feeder, creating a stable and consistent stream.
The integrated Vezin sampler uses a rotating cutter that passes through the material stream at a predefined speed, extracting proportional samples at regular intervals.
This method ensures that each sample accurately reflects the composition of the full material flow.
Once collected, the sampled material is directed into a bucket system, where it is divided into separate portions for further handling, storage, or analysis. This bucket-based collection approach allows for flexible sample management and easy integration into downstream laboratory or processing workflows.
