Pre-crusher for 20kg sacks of salt lumbs
The customer had a problem with lumbs of salt destroying their reactors mixer. This problem could be solved with a pre-crusher that reduces the lumps of 20kg and so prevented the mixing shaft from bending.
The installation is custom designed and engineered for heavy sample material like ferrochrome. The sample is transported up with an lifting device and will fall into the LMFC250 Fine Crusher.
The LMFC250 Fine crusher is enable to crush extremely hard and brittle materials like ferrochrome and tungsten carbide. the crushed sample is transported into the Rotary Sample Divider 30-60L and will be divided into buckets that has custom options available on request
