Sampling installation with cm4000 cutting mill and a vezin sampler

This conceptual sampling installation is designed for controlled sample processing using a 500 liter hopper, a CM4000 Cutting Mill, vibratory feeders, and a VS60 Vezin sampler. Material is loaded into the hopper and fed in a regulated flow by means of a pneumatic valve, after which it is directed either to the CM4000 Cutting Mill or to the deposit pipe, depending on the sample size. After size reduction, the material is transferred by a small vibratory feeder into the Vezin sampler, where it is divided and distributed between a big bag and a sample bucket.
