Cutting and Processing Plant for Solar Material
This custom LAARMANN plant is designed for the processing of solar material in a controlled industrial environment. The installation includes multiple sound cabinets positioned around the machinery to help reduce operating noise and improve the overall working environment around the plant.
The material is processed using the LMC500 Jaw Crusher, a high-capacity crusher suitable for plant applications and for the crushing of hard and brittle materials. By combining the crusher with sound-reduction cabinets, the installation supports both efficient material processing and a more controlled operating setup.
This project shows how LAARMANN can integrate crushing equipment into a broader plant concept for solar-related material handling. It also demonstrates how additional measures such as noise-reduction enclosures can be incorporated into the installation design when process environment and operator conditions are important.
How it works
The plant operates as a solar material processing installation in which the material is fed to the LMC500 Jaw Crusher for crushing. Around the machinery, multiple sound cabinets are installed to reduce noise during operation. This combination creates a more controlled processing environment while allowing the crusher to handle the material reduction stage within the plant. The result is a compact processing concept that combines crushing capacity with improved noise control.
