Recyclable waste material processing plant
This custom LAARMANN installation is designed for the processing of recyclable waste material in a controlled and repeatable workflow. The system combines feeding, crushing, conveying and material distribution in one integrated plant concept.
The waste material enters through the in-feed hopper and is transferred onto a vibratory feeder. This feeder regulates the material flow into the LMC500 Jaw Crusher, where the material is reduced to a smaller size for further handling and separation.
After crushing, the material is transported by conveyor belt to a second vibratory feeder. At this stage, the processed material is divided into different containers, creating a practical solution for handling separated output streams in a recycling or processing environment.
How it works
The installation operates as a continuous recyclable waste material processing line. First, the material enters the in-feed hopper and falls onto a vibratory feeder, which controls the flow into the LMC500 Jaw Crusher. The crusher reduces the material size before it is discharged onto a conveyor belt. The conveyor then transfers the crushed material to a second vibratory feeder, where the output is divided into different containers. This creates a straightforward and repeatable process for feeding, crushing and distributing recyclable waste material.
